Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about
GritPro BANDPRO+
Questions about placement, fit or what comes in each pack? Here is what to know about GritPro BANDPRO+ before you order.
What is GritPro BANDPRO+?
A slim silicone knee strap for active adults. The shaped cushion sits below the kneecap, and the adjustable strap lets you control the fit and compression.
Specifications follow the working supplier reference and will be matched to the actual GRITPRO stock.
Where do I wear it?
Place the raised cushion just below the kneecap, over the patellar tendon. Keep the main cushion below the kneecap, not over its center.
How tight should it be?
Snug, not painful or overly tight. Stronger pressure does not automatically mean better support. Walk and gently bend the knee to check it before activity.
Will it fit me?
BANDPRO+ is an adjustable fit for adults. The confirmed circumference range is still being finalized, so we do not say one size fits all.
Is it for the left or right knee?
Left and right use is being confirmed on the actual unit. Strap Duo and Strap Trio give you complete straps that are fitted separately.
What comes in each pack?
- Solo Strap: 1 complete strap
- Strap Duo: 2 complete straps
- Strap Trio: 3 complete straps
Each complete strap has its silicone pad and fabric fastening strap. No storage bag is included.
What is it made of?
A silicone pad with a fabric hook-and-loop strap, based on the working reference. Exact fabric and hardware materials are being confirmed.
Will it stop knee pain or injuries?
No. BANDPRO+ provides external support. It does not cure knee conditions, guarantee pain relief or prevent injuries, and it does not replace medical care.
Remove it if pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, skin color changes or irritation occur. Seek medical advice for recurring knee pain or an existing injury.
How do I care for it?
Open the fastener to remove it after use. Clean and dry it according to the care label, and do not use a torn strap, damaged pad or a fastener that no longer holds.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery is available, so you pay when you receive your order.
